Medan – FKM USU: The USU Rector Expert Staff for Human Resources, Rahma Yurliani, S.Psi., conducted a Socialization and Evaluation of Tracer Study Development at FKM USU on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. The event, opened by the Vice Dean 1 of FKM USU, Dr. Umi Salmah, S.K.M., M.Kes., was attended by the Heads and Secretaries of the Undergraduate Programs, the dean’s expert staff, and the alumni affairs staff. This activity aligns with the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of universities established by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, which includes achieving an 80% tracer study rate. Rahma Yurliani explained two Gold Standard indicators for tracer studies: the percentage of undergraduate alumni securing employment within six months with a minimum wage of Rp ≥ 1.2 million and pursuing further studies within 12 months post-graduation. The tracer study target for IKU 2022 focuses on students who graduated in 2020, of which FKM has 294 graduates. Meanwhile, the 2021 tracer study target for FKM is 281 graduates.
