Medan - FKM USU: Strengthening qualitative research methodology in public health research is a continuous need for researchers. Following this, FKM USU held a two-day workshop on "Qualitative Research Update" on November 20-21, 2020, with participants consisting of lecturers and students from the Master's and Doctoral Programs of FKM USU. The workshop, moderated by Dr. Lita Sri Andayani, S.K.M., M.Kes., featured three expert guest speakers: Dr. Supriyati, S.Sos., M.Kes. (Lecturer in Health Promotion, Master's Program in Public Health Science, FKKMK UGM), Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si. (Professor and the Dean of FKM USU), and Dr. dr. Deni K. Sunjaya, S.K.M., M.Kes. (Head of the Master's Program in Public Health Science, FK UNPAD). Participants enthusiastically attended the workshop, given that qualitative methods are currently widely used by public health researchers in conducting studies.
