Medan - FKM USU: FKM USU received a visit from the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of Naresuan University on Thursday, October 20, 2022, welcomed by the Dean's Office led by Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si. The delegation from FPH Naresuan University included Dean, Associate Prof. Narongsak Noorsorn, Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rung Wongwat, Vice Dean for International Affairs, Associate Prof. Dr. Supaporn Sudnongbua, and International Relations Officer, Naphaporn Nanthasen. The visit followed the collaboration between the two institutions, which has been ongoing since 2016. During the meeting, both parties reviewed the joint activities that have been carried out and planned future collaborations, including research partnerships, student and faculty exchanges, and joint conferences. In her remarks, Prof. Ida stated that FKM USU is ready to further strengthen its cooperation with Naresuan University. "One of the performance indicators set in the FKM USU Strategic Plan is outbound international student exchanges. Naresuan University manages programs similar to FKM USU, including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. This presents an excellent opportunity for FKM USU to implement the intended international student exchange program," she said. The two institutions exchanged souvenirs and signed an Implementation Agreement (IA) to formalize their cooperation.
