Medan - FKM USU: The 25th Anniversary of FKM USU was held at the USU Mini Stadium on October 21, 2018. The event, held in an open field, involved many parties, including 10 public health higher education institutions in Medan, which sent their students along with FKM USU students to form a mosaic of “25 Years of FKM USU” and “I’m Miracle, I’m Public Health.” The mosaic was created with a total of 2,000 participants.

The event was attended by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, Drs. H. Panusunan Pasaribu, the Rector of USU, Prof. Dr. Runtung Sitepu, S.H., M.Hum, Vice Rector I, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rosmayati, M.S., Vice Rector III, Drs. Mahyuddin K.M. Nasution, M.I.T., Ph.D., the Head of the Academic Senate, Prof. dr. Chairul Yoel, Sp.A(K.), the Director of the Postgraduate School, Prof. Dr. Robert Sibarani, MS, the Head of the Research Institute, Prof. Dr. Erman Munir, M.Sc., the Secretary of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Dra. Irnawati Marsaulina, MS, the Deans, and the Chair of Dharma Wanita USU, Hj. Farida Runtung Sitepu. Also present were the Director of RS Deli, dr. Lie King Fuan, M.Kes, and the leaders of higher public health education institutions such as Institut Kesehatan Helvetia, STIKESSu, UINSU, STIKes Medistra, STIKes RS Haji, Universitas Prima, Poltekkes Medan, STOK Bina Guna, STIKes Sari Mutiara, and STIKes Elisabeth.

The academic community and Alumni Association of FKM USU, Sumatera Eye Center, Medan Red Cross, the Health Office of North Sumatra Province, and FKG USU supported the 25th-anniversary event. In addition, performances from the de Professor USU Band, Sugar Cane, and Seraphim Band enlivened the event.
