Medan - FKM USU: The Career Development Talks seminar with the theme "Be Ready to Upscale Yourself" was held by Pusat Prestasi Mahasiswa Terpadu (Puspita) FKM USU in a hybrid manner, on Tuesday (27 February 2024). The resource persons are Risa Fadilla Damanik, S. Psi. (Human Capital Management Citraland Gama City Medan) and Fahmi Wahyudi, S.E. (Accounting Junior Specialist PT Antam Tbk- Head Office Jakarta). Seminar participants are Alumni of FKM USU Period II T.A. 2023/2024. Vice Dean I Dr. Umi Salmah S.K.M., M. Kes. who opened the seminar said that the aim of carrying out this activity was so that FKM USU alumni could gain insight and skills to increase their chances of getting the job they want and achieving success in their careers. The two speakers also shared tips that can help alumni in the job application process. The seminar was moderated by FKM USU Teaching Staff Izzah Dienillah Saragih, S.K.M., M.Epid.
