Medan - FKM USU: A workshop with the theme “Experiment Design in Food Product Development” was held at Auditorium FKM USU, Friday (November 22, 2024). The workshop was attended by lecturers and students of Public Health Undergraduate, Nutrition Undergraduate, and Public Health Postgraduate Study Programs by presenting IPB Nutrition Science lecturers as speakers, namely Dr. Zuraidah Nasution, S.T.P., M.Sc. Vice Dean III FKM USU Ir. Etti Sudaryati, M.K.M., Ph.D in her speech at the workshop's opening hoped that the activity could equip lecturers and students to conduct research, submit research grants, and participate in national and international competitions related to food product development. Participants attended the workshop with enthusiasm, where the material presented included experimental design in the development of functional food products, implementation, and practice of applying formulations to fulfill product standards and nutritional claims.
