Medan - FKM USU: FKM USU conducted Workshop Capacity Strengthening for the Editors of the Trophico Journal on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, in the Meeting Room of FKM USU. The speaker for this event was Prof. Dr. Eng. Rondang Tambun, S.T., M.T. (Editor-in-Chief Journal of Chemical Engineering, USU). In his presentation, Prof. Rondang emphasized the importance of the editor's role in a journal and the duties and functions of a journal editor. The workshop participants were FKM USU lecturers who have additional responsibilities as editors of the Trophico Journal at FKM USU. Dean of FKM USU, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M. Si, in her opening remarks, expressed the hope that this workshop would enhance the capacity of the Trophico Journal Editors, leading to an improvement in the quality of the Trophico Journal. "In addition to the Trophico Journal, in the future, we hope to develop journals in other fields such as nutrition since we already have a Nutrition Program," said Prof. Ida.
