Medan - FKM USU: 124 students from MA (Madrasah Aliyah) Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif Sumatera Utara visited FKM USU on Monday (October 16, 2023). The group was welcomed by the Vice Dean I of FKM USU, Dr. Umi Salmah, S.K.M., M.Kes, accompanied by the Head and the Secretary of the Undergraduate Program in Public Health, Dr. Ir. Evi Naria, M.Kes., and dr. Rusmalawaty, M.Kes., at the FKM USU Auditorium. The Principal of MA Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif, Bajuri Sahnan, S.Pd.I., who accompanied the students and 6 teachers, explained that the visit was part of the school's work program (Outing Class). This is the second time MA Al-Azhar visited FKM USU. According to Bajuri, the visitation goal is to introduce FKM USU as a reference for students to continue their higher education after graduating from MA. "Our target is for our students to be accepted into the favorite faculties of accredited state universities with Excellent accreditation," said Bajuri. The Head of the Undergraduate Program in Public Health, on this occasion, presented the profile of the study program, its accreditation, new student admission pathways, and the profile of graduates to provide information for the students. This activity followed an enthusiastic discussion session where students were asked several questions.
