Medan - FKM USU: FKM USU, in collaboration with PT XL AXIATA Jakarta, organized a seminar titled "Female Future Leader: Elevating the Next Generation of Female Leaders" on Monday (September 2nd, 2024) at the Auditorium of FKM USU. The seminar featured 3 (three) speakers which are Vanny Sevilia (Sr. Marketing Manager of ERHA ULTIMATE and The Riserva), Adelia Theresia Panjaitan (Product Owner at Sisternet XL Axiata), and Hana Eldera Evanglia Pasaribu, S.K.M. (Community Engagement and Strategic Partnership for Sisternet, PT XL AXIATA Tbk). The topics discussed included the importance of leadership in entering the workplace and the significance of applying critical thinking in everyday life. The FKM USU's Dean, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si, opened the seminar. It was explicitly attended by female students from FKM USU, as the Sisternet XL Axiata program, Female Future Leaders, targets women only. The event also featured a bazaar sponsored by ERHA, which offered free skin consultations using AI technology.
