Thumbnail Peak Event of The 32nd FKM USU Anniversary

Medan – FKM USU: The peak event of the 32nd FKM USU Anniversary was held on Wednesday (November 26, 2025) at FKM USU. With the theme "Synergizing to Realize Public Health, Impacting the Nation," this 2025 Anniversary was commemorated solemnly, attended by the academic community of FKM USU, partners, and alumni. USU Rector Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S. Sos., M.Si., in his remarks, expressed appreciation for the various achievements of FKM USU in 2025, as reported by the Dean of FKM USU, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M. Si., in her annual report. This main event featured a scientific lecture by Dr. Sri Novita Lubis, SKM., M. Kes (Lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health, USU) who delivered a lecture titled "Long-Term Investment in Disaster-Prone Areas: Social Capital as a Protective Factor for the Quality of Life of Adolescents' Health". Additionally, the book "FKM USU 1985 – 2025" was launched, which tells the story of FKM's journey over 40 years. On that occasion, appreciation was also given to the deans and founders of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Sumatera Utara. This was enlivened by various activities such as bazaars, health checks by the Padang Bulan and Padang Bulan Selayang II Public Health Centers, blood donation organized by H. Adam Malik General Hospital, and the awarding of prizes to the winners of various competitions held to celebrate the 32nd Anniversary of the Faculty of Public Health, USU.
