Medan - FKM USU: FKM USU held a basic leadership training with the theme ‘Building Leadership in Public Health’ at the FKM USU Auditorium on Tuesday (18 March 2025). This activity presented two speakers, namely Lieutenant (KC) Erdianta Sitepu, S.K.M., M. Han., an FKM alumnus who is now a First Expert Health Epidemiologist at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and Jeffry Rio H. Manurung, S.K.M., ABCP, who is also an FKM alumnus who is currently a First Expert Occupational Health Supervisor at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. In the sharing session, Erdianta Sitepu, who is the best graduate of Komcad education at Rindam I / Bukit Barisan, shared his experiences as a student at FKM USU until he won the Outstanding Young Alumni Award 2024 from USU. Jeffry Rio H. Manurung, on that occasion, explained the process of building leadership character, which must start with oneself. The seminar was opened by the Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Public Health, Dr. Umi Salmah, SKM, M. Kes. Student Salsabila Putri from the S1 Nutrition Study Programme moderated this activity, receiving enthusiastic responses from the participants.
