Medan - FKM USU: PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra Branch held a “Jasa Raharja Teaching” activity with the theme “Preparation for Entering the World of Work”, on Friday (September 20, 2024) at the FKM USU Auditorium. This program implements USU’s cooperation with PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra Branch. FKM USU is chosen as the first faculty for the “Jasa Raharja Teaching” program, where the same activities will be carried out in rotation to other faculties within USU. The event is opening by the Vice Dean I of FKM USU, Dr. Umi Salmah, S. K. M., M. Kes., attending by lecturers and students of the S1 Public Health Study Program of FKM USU, which number 204 people. The speakers are Berman Suherianto Hutapea, S. E. (Head of Benefits Administration Subdivision) who providing material on “Preparation for Entering the World of Work”, and Novaria Sungkono, S. P., M. A., CHCO, CHRBP (Person in Charge of Finance and General Affairs) with material on “Effective Communication Strategies in Job Interviews”. The discussion session is guided by Diza Fathamira Hamzah, S. K. M., M. Kes, lecturer of FKM USU. The event is closing by handing over certificates and souvenirs to speakers and moderators as well as handing over door prizes for seven selected participants. This program is expected to strengthen the collaborative relationship that has been established.
