Medan - FKM USU: Envihsa (Environmental Health Student Association) FKM USU Period 2024-2025 was inaugurated by Vice Dean 1 Dr. Umi Salmah, S.K.M, M.Kes at the Auditorium of FKM USU, Wednesday (July 31, 2024). Envihsa FKM USU in this period calls itself "Abimanyu Lestari", quoted from Sanskrit which means Environmental Guardian. There were 40 new members of Envihsa who were inaugurated with Tarmidji Mahdin as the chairman. Also attending the inauguration were the Head of the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program Dr. Ir. Evi Naria, M.Kes., Head of the Student Achievement Center (PUSPITA) FKM USU Dr. Sri Malem Indirawati, S.K.M., M.Sc., lecturers of Environmental Health Specialization in FKM USU, and the Daily Management Board of Envihsa FKM USU for the previous period. This inauguration marked the beginning of Envihsa FKM USU's commitment to bring positive change by developing innovative programs that have a real impact on environmental health. They were also determined to establish close cooperation with various parties to create sustainable solutions in maintaining environmental sustainability.
