Medan – FKM USU: The Mayora Management Trainee Program 2026 Campus Hiring activity is part of the implementation of the collaboration between FKM USU and PT Mayora Group to strengthen the link and match between higher education institutions and industry. This activity was held on Wednesday–Thursday, June 10–11, 2026, at the FKM USU Auditorium. Through this collaboration, FKM USU and PT Mayora Group are committed to expanding access to career information, providing recruitment opportunities, and enhancing the work readiness of final-year students and alumni to become more adaptive to industry demands, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The activity was attended by final-year students and alumni from various universities in Medan City. Participants had the opportunity to participate in the initial recruitment process conducted directly by PT Mayora Group, one of the largest FMCG companies in Indonesia. The series of activities began with participant registration, followed by a company profile session presented by PT Mayora Group. The session introduced the company’s profile, business areas, work culture, and career development opportunities through the Management Trainee Program. Subsequently, participants took the MDP test as the initial selection stage to assess candidates’ competencies and readiness across various development areas, including MDP IRGA, MDP Operation, MDP Sales, and MDP Factory. Participants who passed the initial selection stage proceeded to the interview process held on June 11–12, 2026, while other candidates were rescheduled according to the company’s regulations. This collaboration also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by improving graduates’ work readiness, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening strategic partnerships between higher education institutions and industry in developing sustainable human resources.
