Thumbnail Graduation Ceremony for FKM USU Graduates, Period I, Academic Year 2023/2024

Medan - FKM USU: The Faculty of Public Health of Universitas Sumatera Utara held a Graduation Ceremony for the first period of the 2023/2024 Academic Year at the FKM USU Auditorium on Thursday, November 16, 2023. A total of 93 graduates were sent off during this period, consisting of 90 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Public Health and 3 graduates from the Master's Program in Public Health Science. This brings the total number of alumni to 8,193 for the undergraduate program and 2,109 for the master's program. The best graduate for this period in the undergraduate program was Siti Azahra, specializing in Health Administration and Policy, while the best graduate for the master's program was Sri Yusnani, specializing in Health Promotion. The ceremony was led by the Dean of FKM USU, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si, and attended by the Vice Deans, Heads, and Secretaries of the Undergraduate Program in Public Health, as well as the Heads and Secretaries of the Master's and Doctoral Programs in Public Health Science of FKM USU. In her speech, the Dean of FKM USU conveyed the need for graduates to continue to learn and hone their emotional intelligence. "Our success in life is determined by the emotional intelligence we possess, not intellectual intelligence," said Prof. Ida.
