Medan – FKM USU: FKM USU, together with USU Peduli, the Association of Indonesian Public Health Higher Education Institutions (AIPTKMI), the Indonesian Public Health Experts Association (IAKMI), and the FKM USU Student Executive Board, distributed donations to communities affected by flooding in several areas in Medan City, Aceh Tamiang Regency, and Langkat Regency. On 6 December 2025, donations were distributed in Medan City in three subdistricts, namely Lalang (Medan Sunggal District), Terjun (Medan Marelan District), and Titi Papan (Medan Deli District). Then, on 10 December 2025, donations were distributed to two villages in Aceh Tamiang Regency, namely Kota Lintang (Kuala Simpang District) and Lubuk Sidup (Sekerak District). On 13 December 2025, the distribution of donations continued in three subdistricts in Medan City, namely Belawan Bahagia (Medan Belawan District), Tanjung Gusta (Medan Helvetia District), and Martubung (Medan Labuhan District), as well as several villages and subdistricts in Langkat Regency, namely Cempa Village (Hinai District), Pantai Gemi Village (Stabat District), Pekubuan Village (Tanjung Pura District), and Pekan Besitang Subdistrict (Besitang District). The aid distributed consisted of basic necessities and supplies for vulnerable groups, namely clean water, rice, eggs, cooking oil, sugar, instant noodles, mineral water, milk, biscuits, dates, nappies, toiletries, clothing, and special kits for pregnant women, babies, toddlers, school children, and the elderly. This initiative aims to assist in meeting the basic needs of affected communities while also demonstrating the academic community of FKM USU's concern for the social and health conditions of the community.
