Medan – FKM USU: FKM USU co-hosted the XI National Forum of the Indonesian Health Policy Network (JKKI) which took place from 11 to 26 October 2021. The 2021 Fornas JKKI took the theme “Health Resilience in the Pandemic Era through the Utilization of DaSK, Routine Health Data, and Health System Reformation”. This activity discussed various priority health issues amid the Covid-19 pandemic to help decision-makers deal with shocks to the health system. Participants in this forum include health policy makers, managers of healthcare facilities, healthcare actors, academics, and consultants.

FKM USU as a co-host contributed to the preparation of the Policy Brief (PB), and collaborated with the Faculty of Medicine (FK) USU to become a discussant on the topic of resilience in cancer and cardiac services. FKM USU compiled nine PBs, and six PBs were selected to be presented in a video format. Dr. Juanita, S.E., M.Kes., from FKM USU, served as a discussant in an online seminar held on Friday, October 22, 2021, with the theme "Resilience in Cardiac Services: Challenges and Opportunities in Cardiac Care During the Pandemic and Post-COVID-19 Recovery Plans."
