Thumbnail 2nd National Champion of Pilmapres at the 4th IPHO

Medan - FKM USU: FKM USU won 2nd place in the Grand Final of the 4th Indonesian Public Health Olympiad (IPHO) for the Outstanding Public Health Student Selection competition category, organized by the Association of Public Health Higher Education Institutions (AIPTKMI) on October 30-31, 2025 at FKM Diponegoro University, Semarang. At the Western Regional level, FKM USU also secured 1st Place in the Govtech Innovation Award competition for Big Data-Based Policy Brief, as well as 2nd and 3rd Places in the Health Policy Analysis competition category.

The 2025 IPHO carried the theme “The Role of Public Health Workers in Supporting the Achievement of Asta Cita” with 7 fields of competition divided into 2 branches, namely the competition branch for undergraduate (S1) students consisting of 6 competition categories, namely: Outstanding Public Health Student Selection, Health Policy Analysis, Health Program Planning, Health Information System Design, Jingle and Move Fest, and Entrepreneurial Innovation. The competition branch for Master's (S2) students is the Govtech Innovation Award Big Data-Based Policy Brief Competition. FKM USU became the 5th overall winner out of 44 universities participating in the 4th IPHO.
