Lecturer for the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, and S2/S3 Study Program in Public Health Sciences at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Sumatera Utara, with the current functional title of head lecturer.

Her experience in research is focused on the area of nutrition for public health. The last research to be carried out in 2021-2022 is research on strengthening family food security to improve the nutrition of pregnant women and the success of breastfeeding immediately after birth. This research resulted in 2 journals that have been published in reputable international journals (Scopus), and a book entitled Food Security and Nutrition in the Life Cycle. Another research that is being carried out in 2022 is entitled Supplementary Food for Pregnant Women in the Form of Modified Yellow Pumpkin Biscuits and Moringa Leaves and Peanuts as Stunting Prevention in North Tapanuli Regency.
